PREPARATION: Preheat the oven to 230°C or 450°F. Place the tomatoes in a bowl with the oregano, a pinch of salt and the oil. Chop the drained capers and anchovies together with the basil leaves; add to the bowl and season to taste.Divide the dough into four and press into rounds on greased baking trays, building up the edge of each one slightly to contain the filling. Spread with the tomato mixture and put in the hot oven 20 minutes, or until the pizzas are crisp and golden.
