Serves:
PREPARATION: Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F). Drain most of the juice from the tomatoes, then season with a little salt. Divide the dough into 4 and press out into rounds on oiled baking trays.Rinse and drain the anchovies and capers. Cover the rounds of dough with tomato and top with anchovies, capers and olives. Add zucchini and fresh tomato. Season with a little salt and sprinkle lightly with oil. Top with mozzarella cheese.Put in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes and season with pepper just before serving.
