PREPARATION: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until golden on all sides. Discard garlic and add tuna. Stir for 1 – 2 minute. Add the wine and cook until it's reduced by about half (2 minutes). With a slotted, spoon, scoop out tuna and set aside. Stir the olive paste into the remaining wine, then add the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and bring sauce to a fast simmer. Reduce the heat to medium – low and simmer the sauce uncovered (5 – 6 minutes). Return tuna to skillet, stir a few minutes and add parsley and turn the heat off. Cook pasta according to package. Drain the pasta and toss everything together quickly over heat until pasta and sauce are combined.
