LINGUINE AGLIO E OLIO

INGREDIENTS :

½ cup Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 cloves garlic , pressed
10 Unico Marinated Artichoke Salad packed in oil
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
salt and freshly ground black pepper
½ cup grated parmigiano reggiano
450 g. (1 lb) Unico Linguine

PREPARATION: Bring large pot of water to a boil. Add linguine to salted boiling water and cook as recommended on package. Drain.

In a skillet, heat olive oil, when hot, add garlic and sautee until golden, do not burn. Add parsley and chopped sun – dried tomatoes. Add pasta to skillet and mix well. Add salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Heat (1 – 2 minutes) and add parmigiano reggiano and pour into warm bowl and serve.

*may add chili pepper flakes if you enjoy heat.
