PREPARATION: Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes, until tender. Add the seafood and cook for another 5 minutes.Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, wine, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Toss the sauce with the cooked fettuccine and top with the parsley, cheese, and chili peppers. Serve immediately.
