Serves:
PREPARATION: Place the tuna steaks in a non – aluminum bowl. Salt and pepper them. Add the wine, rosemary and garlic and tuna steaks to coat evenly. Let marinate at least 1 hour. Drain tuna and pat dry; reserve marinade.Coat a grill or corrugated cast iron pan with some of the oil and heat it. Grill the tuna on both sides, basting frequently with the reserved marinade. Sprinkle the cooked tuna with breadcrumbs.In a small bowl, whisk the remaining oil with the lemon juice, capers and salt and pepper. Transfer the tuna to a serving plate. Drizzle sauce over it and serve.
