RED KIDNEY BEAN SALAD

INGREDIENTS :

1 19 oz. can Unico Red Kidney Beans, rinsed and dried
3 stalks celery, chopped coarsely
2 carrots, chopped coarsely
1 small onion, chopped finely (optional)
4 large radishes, sliced
1 hard cooked egg, chopped coarsely
2 Tbsp. sweet relish
½ cup Unico Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup Unico White Wine Vinegar

PREPARATION: Combine all ingredients. Mix well and chill before serving.
