Frequently Asked Questions About Rice Stuffed Bell Peppers
-
1. Can I make these vegetarian?

-
4. Can I make them ahead?
Yes; stuff the peppers ahead, then add cheese and broil just before serving.
-
5. How do I store leftovers?
Refrigerate up to 3 days and reheat in the oven until hot through.
